How to Book?

To book a tour, there is several ways :

We’ll need to check every request before confirming you the availibity, so please, whatever way you choose, consider doing it at least 48h before the tour.

How to change or cancel my booking?

Please contact us at least 24h before the tour begins:

How to contact you if I’m going to be late for the tour/if I don’t find the place where the tour start?

Don’t worry, with each confirmation, you’ll receive the private phone number of your guide so he’ll help you to make it on time or find a solution with you.

What if it rains?

Rain is actually something that can happen anytime in this area, so, don’t worry, we’ll provide you rain coats if it occurs for your tour. And, don’t be too disappointed, it generally doesn’t last long

Do I need special equipment? Do I need to be fit?

No need for particular equipment, we’ll provide you with bikes, helmets, baby seats, bottle of water, just consider wearing preferably sneakers and comfortable clothes for your own good.
Neither do you need to be particularly fit, Bordeaux is mostly flat and very easy to discover by bike. Saint Emilion and Blaye will demand more efforts but we’ll not be in a hurry so anyone is welcome.

Are children welcome?

Of course, we also provide baby seats (or very young kids, up to 35kgs) and bikes for children from 6 to 12, measuring at least 1m20.
It’s free for babies and children have to pay 20% of the adult fare

You can pay with cash or check ( french banks)or bank transfer , before the tour begins
